In the heart of Småland is this holiday home with all the conditions for a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to nature. With its unique and secluded location and large lake plot with room for both swimming and fishing located just outside Gnosjö, Småland. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake Sjöarpssjön embraced by forest. About 30 m from the terrace is the boat that is included when you rent this accommodation. Right next to the house you also have access to a sauna for relaxing sauna baths while you look out over the lake.

The house is comfortable accommodation to enjoy all year round with cozy furnishings, open floor plan and amenities such as wood burning stove, washing machine and dishwasher. In the accommodation there are two large sleeping lofts with good ceiling height. You also have access to Chromecast to freely choose the evening's movie or series. The house is year-round insulated and heated via heat pump and electricity cost of 3 SEK / kwh will be added on site upon departure. In this accommodation you can also choose to add final cleaning at a cost of SEK 1500 while yourself bring bed linen and towels.

The peaceful and relaxing nature that surrounds the holiday home invites you to pleasant long strolls. In the forest there are both berries and mushrooms and here there are good chances to see both deer and elk. Not far from the house you also have several excursion destinations to choose from. About 11 km is Isaberg / Hestra with cross-country trails and slalom slopes. There is also a moose park nearby. A visit to the national park "Stora Mosse" is highly recommended. The national park has several hiking trails that take you through vast swamps, beautiful pine forest and Kävsjön with rich bird life.

The house owner’s own words:
“My house is located where an old mill was once located. There is still the stone wheel where grain was milled left in the garden. The proximity to the water and its opportunity for wonderful fishing make the place wonderful during all months of the year. When I see the sun go down over the lake and hear the fire crackle in the background then it makes my life wonderful.”
