Set over 2 floors, there is a comfortable lounge/dining room with a wood-burner fire and a separate fully equipped modern kitchen, both have doors out to the pretty terrace with dining furniture. A twin bedroom with patio doors to the garden and a family bathroom are also on the ground floor. Two further bedrooms, a double and a twin are on the upper floor, both have en-suite shower rooms and patio doors leading to a large terrace with fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Outside continues to impress with a wide garden of well-kept lawn, mature trees, shrubs and flowers. A brick-built barbecue and a terrace with pergola that provides shade for alfresco dining plus a large private pool equipped with sun loungers. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
