Villa Zaffre is a luxurious and stylish 4 bedroom villa with wonderful views over Kalamar Bay. The villa is set over three floors and all four bedrooms are sea facing and have ensuite shower rooms. There is a large open plan living/dining area leading on to the pool terrace and a fully fitted kitchen, as well as air-conditioning throughout. It also has the added luxury of a rooftop bar and seating area, perfect for those lazy nights in watching the sun go down. Outside there is a large infinity pool (13m by 4.5m), with a shallow area allowing you to put your sun lounger in the pool, a built in barbecue as well as an outdoor dining area. There is Table tennis and table football available for everyone to enjoy. The cosmopolitan Kalkan and,it's plethora of shops, bars and restaurants, is within walking distance (20 minutes down hill) and taxis are easy to come by to get back up. Kalamar Beach club is only a 3 minute drive with the beach and ruins of Patara is a twenty minute drive away. Smoking - not allowed. Recommended toilet breaks: There are many petrol stations en route – we recommend the OPET stations at 44.7km and 85.7km. Keys : The keys will be in the key safe box by the front door. Area Manager Vicki Egriboyun: 00905384905278 DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION - approximately 1 hour 45 minutes Your hire car will have a full tank of petrol when you collect it. In most cases your paperwork will be prefilled with passport and driving licence details to speed the process of car collection. We suggest that before you set off, you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars to reset you need to press the button on the end of the indicator and hold until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. If you have requested any booster or child seats, please ensure you check the fittings before you set off. Please take care driving along these roads and remember to drive on the right! The speed limits are signposted along the way. The distances are measured from the car park exit barrier. Step 1 Leave the car park and follow the road to the manned security exit. Step 2 Follow the dual carriageway ahead for 5.9km (5.km) until you reach a set of traffic lights, take the second exit. This is the town of Dalaman. Step 3 Continue for 5.2km (11.1km) passing through 3 more sets of traffic lights. At the 4th set of lights turn right towards Fethiye, Kaş, Antalya and Burdur. You are now on the D400. Step 4 After 9.6km (20.7km) you will reach the Gocek tunnel. Take the road straight ahead under the sign ‘Nakit Ucretli Gecis’. The toll is 7TL, change is given. Step 5 Follow the D400 for a further 52.3km (73km), approx. 45 minutes, passing the edge of Gocek, Yaniklar, Kargi and Fethiye. As you approach the junction ahead you will see Finike, Demre and Kas signposted to the right. Take this right turn, continuing on the D400. Step 6 Continue on the D400 for a further 56.3km(129.3km) until you arrive at the set of traffic lights shortly after the blue Kalkan sign on the right. Be aware of road widening construction throughout this section of the journey. Step 7 Turn right at the lights, right again at BIM supermarket, then 150m later right again on to Yakamoz Sokak. After 150m take the left on to Baris Caddesi. Continue for 200m, at the fork keep right all the way to the top of the hill – turn off your air con and use 1st gear. Step 8 The road levels out at the top, continue straight on for 400m. The last house on the right before baring left is called Villa Derin Deniz – look left and you will see Villa Kumar on the corner. Turn downhill passing Villa Kumar on your right, turn right at Villa Lavaya on the corner. Villa Zaffre is the 3rd house along this row of 4 houses. Welcome to Villa Zaffre
