Villa Camucia is located in the countryside at the foot of the beautiful Etruscan town of Cortona. The position of the villa makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria with pleasant day trips. The villa is a large semi-detached house, of which a part is reserved for the exclusive use of guests with independent and private entrance and external spaces, while the owner lives on the ground floor, with independent entrance and opposite to that of the guests.

Villa Camucia is spread over two floors. The entrance leads to the living area characterized by a dining room complete with living room with sofas and satellite TV. The dining room communicates with the kitchen, fully equipped and equipped with everything needed for cooking as well as an additional dining table. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and an additional room / living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Going up the stone stairs leads to the upper floor where there is a large double bedroom with a bathroom with en-suite shower and a second double bedroom. Complete the floor a living room complete with sofas (one of which can be transformed into a double sofa bed if necessary) and a bathroom with only services.
The outdoor areas are reserved for the exclusive use of guests who will have at their disposal a large garden full of flowers and plants in which there is a beautiful swimming pool enriched by a small waterfall and complete with solarium equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas and outdoor solar shower. Both the garden and the pool are completely fenced, thus creating a safe environment for both your children and those who like to travel with their pets. In the garden you will also have a barbecue to cook your meals in the open air. The structure is accessed by an external staircase that leads to the entrance on the first floor, surmounted by a beautiful panoramic terrace complete with dining table and chairs for your meals or for moments of relaxation.
