Hello dear travelers,

We are two sisters, Magdalini and Ioanna managing ''Roza's home''. We like travelling, listen to traditional music and communicate with people as well as home decorating and design. All furniture and decoration of our properties, have been selected with pure interest by us.
We love to work in Tourism, meeting new people and learn about their cultures.
Really important for us, is our guests feel comfortable and calm during their stay. To do so, we offer the best possible services, and make every effort
in communication.

** The space **

The property,(60 sqm) can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a hallway with a mirror and a small auxiliary furniture where you can put your keys or you mobiles.

One of two bedrooms has a double size bed, and the other has two single beds. Both of them have a closet , bedside tables and floor lamps.

The kitchen provide all the necessary equipment you need during your stay in order to make your breakfast and meals(fridge, oven, kitchen utensils, toaster, electric kettle, coffee make, a table and chairs for your meals).

The bathroom has a toilet, a shower cabin and a washbasin. Also a hair dryer is available.

The living room has a very comfortable armchair, a small table, a t.v, and a sofa that can converted into a bed ,after request.

There is a veranda with a table and chairs from where you can enjoy the sea view, the flower garden at the front of the house and your afternoon coffees or meals.
There are 2 air-conditions, at the hallway and at the 2 single bed bedroom and a Wifi internet connection.
we provide also, an 6 kg washing machine.

*The place is ideal for families with children, couples, and group of friends

*Wifi is free of charge.

*Cleaning services: every 2 days

*For the fifth guest, there is an extra charge of 10 euros(Please, inform about the number of the guests).
*A baby cot is provided, after request.(free of charge).

** During your stay *

At your arrival ,we always meet you to provide you with all the necessary information about your accommodation and to recommend you restaurants, tavernas, and wonderful beaches to visit. Also, we can arrange for you a transfer from and to the airport, a car or a bike rental, and inform you on how to organize a boat trip.

At any time, during your stay, we are at your disposal!! For anything you need, you can reach us via mobile phone, mail, vrbo messenger or you can just knock our door, as we stay next to you!!

** Important things to know **

Please keep in mind that all the streets in the village are quite narrow. Nevertheless, the area to the house is accessible by car either by the small streets through the village (300 m from the main road) or by a route around the village where you can skip entering from it (almost 1 km away from the main road).

What we recommend our guests is using the ring road (easier driving route) if they prefer to come or leave Benitses by car and walk through the traditional village to go to restaurants, minimarkets, the central beach of Benitses, as car in this case, is not needed.

Another thing to keep in mind, is that some parts of the walking route to the house, are uphill. This, maybe incommode οlder people walking updown Benitses center. Otherwise, this route, is a pleasant 5-minute walk through the traditional village...
