A Villa For The Best Holiday In TURKEY

I am Erdal and my wife Semra, 55 and 52 . I'm a history teacher in high school in Ankara/ Turkey now. Semra is ex chemical engineer in hospital.

Our home is set over 2 floors. On the Ground Floor, we have an Amerikan kitchen and Dining Room with grand aspect window, sink&toilet, and veranda overlooking the garden and pool. On the upstairs, we have two rooms, a balcony, and a bathroom.

There is a washing machine, no-frost refrigerator, a cooker with oven, toaster, TV, DVD Player, dishwasher, bicycle, and all of the rooms have air conditioning. We bought this home three years ago and have renewed it. Therefore everything is new and functioning well.

Our home is in the Turkey/ Antalya/ Kemer/Çamyuva neighborhood. It is in a holiday resort that has a big pool. There is a staff on the site and all the shared areas are under 24/7 surveillance.

This home is our Summer Home which means it is not our main residence. Hence our home is available to exchange at any time during the year. Even though 12 months is possible, the weather starts to heat up in March and the pool is open between June and October.

Our house is very close to the beach within walking distance. There is a long and clean beach which is awarded the blue flag. Guests must take a shower before entering the pool, and it is forbidden to enter the pool after 10 PM. Children under 2 years old and infants must wear swimming trunks before entering the pool. Children under 5 years old are not allowed to enter the pool without their parents.

Guests pay the electricity and water bills between the dates of check-in and check-out themselves.

Guests are offered a mobile wifi modem which they can use either in the home environment or at the outside. However, we can only provide 8 GB of free internet. If more internet is needed, guests can buy as much internet as they want.
