The holiday home consists of basic but cozy rooms, ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is introduced by a spacious wooden porch with dining area and well-equipped kitchen. It opens into a corridor which leads to the rooms of the holiday home. 
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms,
two of which with ensuite bathroom. Moreover there is another full
bathroom. The living room is furnished with table and chairs, tv and 1 twin-sized bed. It has access to the porch. At the back there is the fourth double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The
small villa for 9 guests is in a quiet area, just outside the city
centre. It allows you to easily arrive at the lively city centre, which
is less than 1 kilometer away and the most famous beaches of Porto
Cesareo.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels not provided:  extra price is euro 15 per person per week.

- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.

- The room detached from the rest of the villa is without fixtures but only external shutters.
