気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
NOT clean
When we arrived, we found the apartment not cleaned.
There were damp towels and a damp bath mat in the bathroom.
Wet laundry in the washing machine.
No dry towels were available.
The sheets on the beds were rumpled and did not look clean.
The garbage can was full of garbage.
There were crumbs on the kitchen table and stove.
The kitchen sink was not clean.
The ‘host’ indicated that the cleaning people would be arriving to rectify the situation.
Even after messaging the ‘host’ several times, it took over 5 hours for someone to come and clean and replace towels and sheets.
The cleaning staff indicated the apartment had been cleaned after the last guests checked out.
Does this mean unauthorized guests have been in the apartment?
Does someone else have the key to the apartment?
Additionally, there were cracked glasses and chipped plates and cups.
The dryer stopped working after 3 loads. We had to clean the very full lint filter and the water evaporator.
There were no manuals for the appliances so we had to spend time looking them up on line.
We needed to repair the vacuum cleaner hose with duct tape.
The entire apartment needs a deep cleaning and painting
