High-end vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay at Tisno. The location of the camp and the villas/houses are beautiful and right next to it (reachable by walking through some brushwood) there's a beautiful "private" beach with a rack and the possibility to lie under olive trees. By walking you can reach the "city" of Tisno (with a lot of nice restaurants) within 15 minutes. The next supermarket is only a few minutes away (by car).
However, there were some things that were a little bit annoying:
When we booked our villa, the plan for the areal was completely different then it was when we arrived. Villa No. 7 wasn't located in the semicircle of houses (with direct view on the sea), but was located in second row. Also according to the plan in front of the camp villa No. 7 wasn't shown in the location it was. We didn't really care about that, because we liked the isolation, but other visitors probably don't think so. Future visitors should get informed about that.
I also know that any additional equipment of the villas isn't/wasn't promoted, but when you arrive and find out that other houses have outdoor showers, outdoor grills and standup-paddle-boards you feel like you chose poorly. We thought that all houses are equipped in the same way. From my point of view all additional equipment should be included in the description of the houses. Otherwise, guests could get a little bit disappointed (like we were). For future guests: Be aware that villa no. 7 doesn't have an outdoor shower, an outdoor grill or standup-paddle-boards.
There are quite a lot of sea urchins in the water. With "sea shoes" it isn't a problem, but for people who are travelling with their little kids, this could be quite challenging. However, you can also use the rack, I've mentioned at the beginning.
I would definitely recommend the villas, because as I said we really enjoyed our stay (which felt like a "private" vacation), but the descriptions of the villas should get slightly adjusted.
