Villa Open Space is located in the renowned seaside resort of Lido di Camaiore, along the Versilia coast, just 500 from the beach, and close to bars and restaurants.
Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and several plants, the villa boasts a large gazebo equipped with a relax area, a dining table for 6-8 people, and an outdoor kitchen with stove and barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills with friends.
Inside the garden you will find a hot tub (3 seats - its use is included in the price).
Also in the garden you will also find a toilet and a shower.
On the top floor of the villa there is a lovely roof terrace with solarium area, and views of the surrounding mountains.
At guests' disposal there is also a garage for one car, and two uncovered parking spaces.
The whole property is equipped with a perimeter alarm.

Internal Description

Furnished in a modern and elegant style, Villa Open Space is spread over 3 floors, and can accommodate up to 7 people, has 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (one of which is outdoor). Internet Wifi is included. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The ground floor is characterized by a large, bright open-space living area, consisting of: two sitting rooms (including one with fireplace), a spacious dining room, and a modern kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and dining table.
Following is a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), a single bedroom, and two bathrooms with shower.

First floor: The upper floor is made up of 2 double bedrooms, each provided with ensuite bathroom with shower, a private terrace, and a walk-in closet.
Also on this floor but on a different level there is a large relax area with some sofas.

Second floor: The second floor houses a suite of 100 sqm with a double bed, a terrace (60 sqm) with sunbeds, a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with bathtub, double sinks and sauna, and a service bathroom.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; use of the outdoor hot tub.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (450.00€); utilities on consumption (water, gas, electricity). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 5,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (200.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
