Situated in a sought after suburb of Hoole and its picturesque canal. This property is a short and pleasant walk from our great little City. The accommodation has a nice proportion with new and comfortable furniture throughout. Our trendy Hoole suburb is also close by with gastropubs, eateries and independent shops to browse. If your travelling for business we have business broadband installed for you as well as great links to Chesters major train station and our world-famous Zoo.
When we got to the property the back door was wide open. There were empty beer cans and bottles left in a box in the garden. We were only left 2 towels but the cleaner brought 2 more. The house wasn't very clean. There were two plug sockets that were hanging off the wall. One of the beds were broken, the cupboard where the boiler was was broken at the hinges. The garden was bare nowhere to sit. Some of the blinds were broken. Aslo there isn't much space to store food. The washing machine doesn't work either. The location was great, 20mins walk to town along the beautiful canel.
Also you can't park outside the house because you need a permit which is a shame as the property mangers could call the number on the back of the permits and pay £1 so the people staying can park outside the property.
