The property is a ground floor maisonette flat with its own private garden and on street parking. Consisting of a large living room and two well-sized bedrooms. A bathroom with P shape bath and overhead shower and a small kitchen with a washing machine, fridge and freezer.

This house is the ideal place to stay for work or trips to the Northumberland coast. Tucked away next to Holywell Dene, the area is quiet and offers lots of opportunities for walking and cycling. If travelling by car, then the street is quiet and there is lots of space to park to the rear of the property.
