This spacious villa offers a lot of luxury and a beautiful location in the countryside of the Gorges du Doux, in the Ardêche. It is very suitable for holidays or events with family and friends, but also for a peaceful stay in a rural setting. The villa is located just 10 minutes from Tournon sur Rhône, 30 minutes from Valence and 45 minutes from Lyon. You can enjoy walking in the area and a visit to the Train de l'Ardèche is also worthwhile. In the villa, you will find various board games and beech trees. There is a boules court, a ping pong table, a playground and you can even do archery! There is a lot of space and it is also suitable for holidaymakers with reduced mobility. There is also provision for Birthdays of Baptisms and Catholic communions of weddings and life locks for boys and girls, and events for up to 80 guests outside and 60 inside.
