Magnólia is a stylish, spacious and airy apartment at the main touristic district of Funchal near Quinta Magnólia and is ideal for two people.
The apartment is 85 m2 and comprises a bedroom, living room with dining table and kitchen, a bathroom, a 30 m2 terrace-balcony with dining table and extensive views of the mountain and the city of Funchal, as well as a private parking place.
It is equipped with refrigerator, washer, stove, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is at the main touristic district of Funchal. Within a 15 minutes’ walk there are restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and attractions.
It is 220 meters from Quinta Magnolia Gardens and Barreiros Stadium, 1300 meters from the Lido Bathing Complex and 1600 meters from Marina do Funchal.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to restaurants, bars and the old city centre, has bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads. Aerobus from airport has a bus stop 450 meters from the building entrance.
REMARKS
We are available to help and suggest places and activities to discover the island outside the usual tourist circuits.
The elevator is not available, and you must use the stairs to go down one floor from the entrance.
There are main roads nearby with potential noise, especially during rush hours.
We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. To increase the frequency, an additional cleaning service must be requested.
The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to ensure safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by the competent authorities.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
