Brand new apartment for mid-term rental in the heart of the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, also known as El Born. The building has been recently renovated in order to ensure comfort, health and wellbeing for occupants.

The apartment counts with 80 square meters composed of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open and spacious living-dining room. The jewel is a large terrace that has a dining table, chill-out chairs and hammocks. With direct access from any room, you can relax and enjoy your private spot.
The design highlights the charming open space’s, unobstructed views and curated contemporary furniture.

As you enter the apartment you will find a spacious living-dinning room perfect to relax and entertain. You will find a nice working corner on it. The open plan kitchen is outfitted with marble countertops and black wood cabinetry. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern NEFF appliances and essentials.

The bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed and a spacious dressing room, it is a very bright and relaxing space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Both rooms have different doors that allow you to separate the different spaces as per your needs.

The apartment includes access to an amazing rooftop area with hammocks, outdoor shower and chill out area located on top floor of the building with unique views of the Cathedral of Barcelona.

The building counts with elevator and optional parking. Both the common areas and the apartment are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
