The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Malaga in a quiet zone, the ideal location to visit the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta is 2.6km away (half an hour's walk). It is strategically located and within minutes you can find the most representative places of the city: it is only 10 minute's walk from the Plaza de la Merced, 9 from the Picasso museum, and 14 from the University; it is also surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and entertainment areas.

The main interest places are just a few minutes walk away, however, if you like to explore every corner and learn more about the city, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment, you will find a variety of stations.

For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:

2. Utilities such as electricity, water, and gas will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month (The amount applies to the total combined utility expense).
