The villa is divided into two separate properties with no internal connecting door between them. The villa is perfect for families and non-smokers and allows a maximum of three pets or dogs.

The first property features a living/sleeping room with one double sofa bed and an open-hearth fireplace. There is an exit to the loggia, and the room has beautiful furnishings. The first room has a double bed with a length of 200 cm, and the second room has a bed and a double bed. The kitchen/living room is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. There is an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. The room has an exit to the veranda, and there is a shower/bidet/WC. The villa has electric heating, gas heating, and air conditioning (extra).
