The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .

I am the owner of Kiralikvilladatatil, one of the leading Turkish villa rental firms. Originally from Istanbul, I have been resident in Kalkan for the last ten years, with my wife and daughter. Following the success of the Turkish side of my business, I now wish to offer wide selection to a broader market. Our portfolio consists of many new luxury villas, many of which are exclusive to my company. I personally vet all the properties and take all the photoguraphs myself, to ensure accuracy of description. I or one of my staff will escort guests to their chosen villa and be available 24/7., for any emergencies.
