Villa Wheel is situated just 3km away from the nice village of Santa Gertrudis in a quiet area surrounded by orange trees and pines.
Is the ideal place to spend the holidays with the family and kids, the property is completed fenced and recently renewed.
The villa can accommodate 4 guests, it offers 2 bedroom with air conditioning, one with a king size bed (200cm) , one bathroom with 2 washbasin ,shared; the second bedroom has one double bed and the bathroom is also shared.
The living room with TV and sofas is directly connected with the dining room and the kitchen, well equipped with a big fireplace.

Outside the large terrace with the swimming pool 7x4mt and the deckchairs, a covered patio with table and chairs, and a summer kitchen with basin, barbecue and oven.
The property includes another bathroom and the private parking .

Rental conditions
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

- Daily, weekly or monthly stays
- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- Pets not allowed

- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
