Property adequate
The main building in the picture is tan colored (4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms). Even though there were 4 bathrooms, you could only get hot water for maybe 2 to 3 baths per day. Someone knowledgeable in our group checked out the hot water system and although the equipment seemed adequate, there must have been problems with the delivery of the hot water. Half our group took baths in the adjunct building not pictured (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom). The hot tub was cold - we were told at arrival that the heat didn't work for the hot tub. We expected the pool to be cold but were depending on the hot tub for relaxation. The description that there was a washer was just that - one tiny washing machine that could only handle a few articles of clothing. There was no dryer so we spent time hanging out clothes on the line. The dishwasher had no heat for the water so even though we pre-rinsed the dishes - they came out dirty and we resorted to hand washing the dishes for the remainder of our stay. If you look closely at the tan colored main building - you see three floors. The third floor was a completely separate apartment accessed from outside our property. The first night I heard furniture being dragged around, doors banging, toilets flushing, and assumed someone in our group was making lots of racket. I got up and wandered around the two floors we occupied and finally realized an entirely different group was on the third floor. We were not told this in advance.
