The Vila can accommodate 12 guests, 4 double bedrooms all with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom , plus two double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet shared. 5 bedrooms has also a terrace, one of them has with sae view.

Complete the property an infinity private pool and hot tub, to relax in the sunshine, a cosy cinema room, a spacious games and entertainment room and a gym to guarantee free time and socialization.
This Villa can also accommodate staff and nannies in a double room

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 night – change over Saturday

Housekeeping: Housekeeper Included
Other housekeeping Information: 8 hours / 2 cleaners.
Final cleaning: €300 to pay upon arrival
Daily towel change and bedding when required.
