Located a short walk from the Terme di Merano, in the heart of the mountain spa town of Merano, this bright, newly built, open-plan apartment is quietly situated on the second floor (with a lift). The stylishly furnished property comfortably sleeps 3 guests and benefits from air conditioning, underfloor heating and two balconies that overlook the surrounding mountains. The building also has a communal terrace, where guests can sunbathe in the summer.

The comfortable living area incorporates the small kitchen and looks out to a balcony with two chairs. This area is furnished with a wall-mounted, satellite TV, large built-in storage, a comfortable sofa single bed, coffee table and a dining table with three chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, coffee-machine and fridge freezer.

Bedroom: The airy bedroom has sliding glass doors that open onto a Juliet balcony and is beautifully furnished with a double bed and a small sofa

Extra: A comfortable sofa single bed in the living room can accommodate one person.

Bathroom 1: The first bathroom is fitted with a shower in bath, bidet, washbasin and WC.

Location

The historical town of Merano is known for both its spas and thermal baths and its mild climate. In the Spring and Summer, the area is popular with cyclists and hikers who enjoy the many nearby mountain and river walks, including Sissi’s path. Named after the late Empress Elisabeth of Austria, this path starts in the center of town and takes walkers on a beautiful trail through the Tyrolian countryside to the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle.

During the Winter months guests can enjoy over 100 km of snow-covered slopes in Southern Tyrol (15 minutes away by car) for Skiing and snowboarding. Merano 2000, the famous Val Senales Glacier (Schnalstaler), San Nicolo and Monte San Vigilio are all a short drive away and cater to all levels from professionals to beginners.

The Piazza Del Grano, the historical centre of Merano and Via dei Portici are popular for Après ski where guests can visit the local boutiques or settle in one of the many bars or bistros and watch the world go by.
