Charming apartment with large balcony for 5 people, 5 minutes walk from the center of Sitges and 10 minutes from the beach.
Located in a small building on the 2nd floor with no lift.
The living / dining room equipped with a large table that can accommodate all your guests, a sofa and a flat-screen TV.
The living room opens directly onto the large balcony with a table, perfect for taking your breakfast.
The kitchen open to the living room with all the necessary equipment for cooking (hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.).
A first bedroom with a double bed then a second bedroom with a double bed surmounted by a single bed. The bathroom with a shower and the toilets.
We inform you that the apartment is located in front of the railway.
It is equipped with air conditioning in the living room as well as a washing machine and a Wifi fiber connection. The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.
-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in regular time between 16h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 16h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
Sitges city tax not included: 1€ per night per person.
