Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio .
Modern and functional one bedroom apartment Lecce 19/A - 2/4 sleeping accommodations
Comfortable apartment on the second floor of about 45 square meters, consisting of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for one and a half, plus mezzanine with two pouf beds, double bedroom and bathroom with shower cubicle. The apartment also has a beautiful terrace equipped for eating and relaxing, from the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic sea view.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of children)
- only small pets are allowed, with a supplement of 30.00 euros per animal
- deposit (mandatory): 200 Euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in at our agency, between 4.00 pm and 7.30 pm, after 8.00 pm: supplement of 50.00 euros
