Marvelous villa with private pool, veranda and large outdoor spaces, located in the countryside of Noci, a small town known for its wine culture in the hinterland of Puglia.

Villa Marangi, spread only over the ground floor, is accessible through the wood veranda in front of the entrance which comes with a dining table and a comfortable sofa.
The door opens onto the living room that features a double sofa bed and a TV with its cabinet. The fully-equipped kitchen, connected to the sitting room, includes an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine, in addition to a dining table.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms tastefully decorated, which feature a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and two nightstands.
A bathroom with a spacious shower and a toilet complete the apartment.
The free wi-fi and the air conditioning in the bedrooms are at guests’ disposal.

The jewel of the villa is the great outdoor space, ideal to enjoy moments of relaxation. From the kitchen, it is possible to access the covered patio which comes with a large dining table where guests can taste delicious meals cooked with the wood-fired oven or the barbecue outside.
The private pool is surrounded by nature and by a solarium area, which features an outdoor sofa set with a table and four deckchairs where guests can relax.

*The pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of October.
Four private parking spaces are available within the property.

Moving north guests will find Alberobello with its typical “trulli” (8 km) and Castellana Grotte (18 km), together with Polignano a Mare (37 km), known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic", that leaves people speechless, with its crystal clear waters and rock embroidered with cavities carved by the sea. Further north guests will find the city of Trani (104 km), with its breathtaking scenery, rich in history and harmonious architectural lines, an ancient maritime fortress from the Swabian period, and Bari (58 km) with the Basilica of San Nicola, the area of Bari Vecchia, the Norman-Swabian Castle and the Lungomare Nazario Sauro.

Bari airport is located 74 km away, Brindisi airport is 83 km away.

Booking policy
Check-in takes place between 15.00 and 20.00 and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Check-out must take place by 10.00.
Check-in or check-out requests for out-of-hours times may be possible according to the facility and the team's availability. An additional cost ranging from € 20 to € 40 will be charged for arrivals after 20.00.
Parties or other events at home cannot be organized.
Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.
Animals are not allowed unless specified otherwise.
