Great location- not much upkeep in property
My sibling and I stayed here for a month. The location is amazing however the property itself was not up to par for pricing. Within the first 3 days, several amenities were broken and some never fixed during our month long stay (even with letting the owner know ASAP).
-Toilet broke on day 1 (fixed 2 days later)
-2/3 blinds NEVER opened (we let the owner know immediately and they never came back to fix since they are not manual)
-Washer/dryer had a “technical” error each time we used it. This error would occur even when 1 item was in the machine. Also annoying the machine is outside on the balcony so you need to enter through bedroom #2 only.
-Light fixtures dangling from the ceiling in bedroom #1.
-Check-in is at a convenience store around the corner, if you are traveling internationally then you may need to wait a few hours for it to open. Would have been nice to have a lock box instead.
-Not enough towels or linens especially with the washer/dryer issue.
The property has a great location with walking distance to metro, bus, museums and restaurants but beware of all the broken amenities.
