This detached villa is in prime position for you to luxuriate in those stunning countryside views, best enjoyed from the first floor balconies. Enjoy the spacious pool terrace and lawn area, or when you tire of the private pool, head into Tsilivi for a bite to eat or a dip in the crystal clear sea. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Owing to its scenic hilltop position, Villa Aelia is afforded wonderful countryside views. The centre of popular Tsilivi can be reached in just a few minutes' drive or a 20 minute walk, though the walk back uphill is steep. The gorgeous, sandy beach of the resort is also just a short drive away. A great choice for families and couples alike, Tsilivi has a great range of eating and drinking options and plenty of entertainment on offer. The buzzing capital, Zante Town, is just a 15 minute drive away. The villa belongs to the Kaletzia villa complex along with villas Spyros and Yiannis next door. Zante Athina and Zante Odysseus are along on the same lane.
