The villa is built on a plot of about 3,5 acres, in amphitheater location and occupying a total area of approximately 200 sq.m on two levels, consisting of an open space living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 master bedrooms and 1 WC for quests. The spacious living room (with a fireplace) and dining room adjacent to the kitchen, is equipped with all modern appliances. The villa features full air conditioning, WIFI, flat screen tv and alarm system.

The villa was built for true outdoor living and that can be easily acknowledged once you lay your eyes on the expansive infinity edge pool and the amazing outdoor dining table that offers impeccable views of Psarou Beach.
