VILLA COLOMBO (WHOLE HOUSE) - SCICLI

The villa is divided into three independent apartments and it is located right on a beautiful sandy beach, only a few kilometers from the baroque town of Scicli. This is the perfect location not only for beach lovers but also for those who want to explore the nearby towns rich in history such as Modica, Ragusa and Noto.

Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and they have direct access to the beach and private terrace with sea view. On the back of the villa there is also a large shared terrace equipped with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The apartments Pinta and Santa Maria occupy the ground floor of the villa; Nina is on the first floor.

PINTA APARTMENT
This apartment (60 sq. m) is on the ground floor and it consists of an open room with living and dining area with kitchen (equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric oven), two double bedrooms (one of which is walk through), two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with toilet only. It also boasts a terrace with sea views and equipped with outdoor furniture.

Facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, shared washing machine, iron, hairdryer, private parking.

External features: BBQ, deckchairs, sun loungers, external shower, table and chairs.

SANTA MARIA APARTMENT
This apartment (60 sq. m) is on the ground floor and it consists of an open room with living and dining area with kitchen (equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric oven), two double bedrooms (one of which is walk through), two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with toilet only. It also boasts a terrace with sea views and equipped with outdoor furniture.

NINA APARTMENT
Tastefully furnished, this apartment (60 sq. m) is on the first floor of the villa and it consists of a bright open room with living and dining area with kitchen (equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric oven) with French doors leading to the terrace (100 sq. m) with sea views and equipped with outdoor furniture and deckchairs, two double bedrooms (one of which is walk through), one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with toilet only.
