Steps will lead you down from pavement level to the front door.
On the lower basement floor you will find 3 good-sized bedrooms, making it perfect for group trips, family getaways or a couple’s retreat.
The spacious front bedroom has a super king bed with a hanging rail and reading chair, great for diving into one of the many books offered. The middle bedroom has a cosy small double bed with a hanging rail and travel cot. Finally, the back bedroom has a king bed with some storage and ensuite bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and a large bathtub with handheld shower. There is access via a back door to to the rear garden - the step up are relatively steep, so guetst may find it easier to use the other exit to the garden.
Finally on the lower floor, is a second bathroom with fully tiled shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
A flight of stairs will lead you up to the upper floor, where you will find a bright and stylish living area with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV (with access to streaming channels, guest to use own account). There is also a large retro dining table with chairs to seat 6, where you can sit down for a homemade meal or enjoy a selection of board games with your family and friends. If you have young children, the property also offers a range of toys to keep them occupied.
The fully equipped kitchen has a 6-ring burner range cooker with a double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle – There is everything you will need to cook up a lovely dinner for when you are not enjoying the vast array of restaurants in Broadstairs just on your doorstep. The property also benefits from a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Step out from the kitchen into a wonderful sunny garden. There is a decking area to enjoy a morning coffee or tea! Down a few stairs on the lower level is the main outdoor dinging space with a dining table and seating shaded by a lovely wooden pergola, intertwined with vines and branches. The pergola is also decorated with fairy lights, making it the perfect space for alfresco dining on a summer’s evening.
Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.
Broadstairs train station is approx 5 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station
National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.
Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.
