This lovely three-bedroom apartment is in an excellent and vibrant area. It is the best place to stay to have a real taste of the city!

Bright and beautifully decorated, the open-plan living room features a comfy sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two where you can dine with your loved one.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, a microwave and a coffee machine.

The bedrooms have double and single beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathrooms have all the basic amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The area around is characterized by its traditional Andalusian architecture, with buildings featuring decorative tile work, wrought iron balconies, and brightly coloured facades. The neighbourhood is also home to several notable landmarks, including the Puerta del Osario, a historic gate in the city walls that dates back to the 16th century.

Overall, Calle Puerta del Osario, 16 is located in a vibrant and bustling part of Sevilla, with plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining, and exploring the city's rich cultural heritage.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Sevilla Santa Justa station, is just a 15-minute walk.

Seville Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
