This apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator. Located in the central Urbieta street, the house is a few steps from the Buen Pastor Cathedral and only a 10-minute walk from La Concha beach.

The house has three bedrooms, all of them equipped with a television, two bathrooms and a living-dining room with an open kitchen.

El alojamiento es moderno, muy bonito y acogedor...
El alojamiento es moderno, muy bonito y acogedor. Está al lado de la playa y la catedral y a 15 minutos de la zona vieja donde disfrutar de los maravillosos pintxos. Desde luego merece mucho la pena! Nos ha encantado!!

Fantastic apartment
Urbieta II is a fantastic apartment, in a fantastic location in beautiful San Sebastián. We loved it so much we extended our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable with beautiful linen and towels. And the 2 bathrooms were great. There is street noise but it is a city apartment and after one night, we didn’t notice it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, when returning to San Sebastián. Everything was perfect - thank you. I would like to see pepper, salt, olive oil and vinegar in each apartment. It’s been in every apartment we have rented in Europe and this is the only thing I would recommend. Thank you Stephanie

Loved our stay. the place was located in a beautiful and central location...
Loved our stay. the place was located in a beautiful and central location that allowed walking to beach, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. - everything was close we like the set up of the apartments with 3 private bedrooms with a smart TV in each room and in the living room. as we stayed for 3 weeks cleaning crew came in once a week to clean and change sheets leaving the apartment like a spotless hotel room host responsive and well organized that at the end we did not contact at all would love to go back and stay there again
