INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The entrance to the property is delimited by a gate which opens onto a driveway sloping down towards the house. Villa Picker has a large living room divided into a sitting area with fireplace, a dining room area with kitchenette and sea view, dining table, sliding glass door with a panoramic view of Golfo degli Aranci. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with bunk beds and two bathrooms with shower. The Villa has Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, uncovered parking spaces inside the gate, satellite TV.

DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Halfway between the cities of Olbia and Golfo Aranci (about 8 km), about 12 km from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport. From the Villa it is possible to quickly reach the Costa Smeralda. Possibility of renting a berth at the Marina di Baia Caddinas at a distance of 6 km. Main services (bar, restaurant, market) at 3.5 km.
The property is only 10 minutes from the port of Golfo Aranci, 18 minutes from the port of Olbia and 15 minutes from the enchanting beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
Located in an emerald bay and a short distance from Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo, Golfo Aranci represents the privileged gateway to discover secret and crystalline bays, a destination for diving along rocky cliffs that sink into the deep blue sea. Just off the coast of Golfo Aranci lives a sedentary group of 100 dolphins which often show themselves to the most attentive observers. Every corner will be a discovery: from the majestic cliffs of Capo Figari to the transparency of the renowned Cala Moresca beach with its lush pine forest. The most beautiful and famous beaches of the Gulf include Cala Sassari itself, home to the well-known Fino Beach Club restaurant, Cala Moresca, Spiaggia Bianca, Cala Sabina.
Golfo aranci can be reached by car in about 10min; here are located all the services such as supermarkets, restaurants. The city, an ancient fishing village, has been the subject of an urban renewal process in recent years which has led to the creation of a new marina equipped with berths and a beautiful promenade along the sea with wooden walkways, open-air shops, public green spaces. During the summer the village is enlivened by numerous entertainment events.
