SCAM HOTEL - VERWIJDEREN VAN JULLIE PLATFORM!!
Dear VRBO Customer Support Team,
We booked the Relais du Lac Village for a stay from June 22-June 30.
It took a while before we found this property today because there is not a proper entrance from the street. We got some instructions from an employee of the hotel but it was still hard to find our way. Finally, we managed to find an entrance and we parked in the parking on the back of the property.
Because nobody was there, I was trying to find my way into the place. There was nobody to see at in the place what previously might have been called a reception area. I walked outside and noticed a few people at the pool area. Nobody could help me.
At that moment I got a bad feeling over me: the place seemed not a glance of the pictures taken, probably years ago, with fancy fountains.
I went back to get the rest of the family to help me find my way. We followed the instructions from the email trying to collect the room key. We had to call the manager for the third time when we noticed there was no key in the mentioned locker. After 15 minutes waiting the “manager” showed up to get the key out of another box.. “sometimes guests place them in another locker”.. was his reply.
The guy took us to a room at the end of one of the hallways.
To be honest.. I have never been more disappointed in my life (as I worked in the hospitality industry for decades).This room looked worse than a prison cell!
