This nice apartment is part of a residential area named “Residenza del Volterraio” at about 900 meters from the beach, in Bagnaia, a small town overlooking Portoferraio bay, on the north side of the island. Bagnaia beach is made of small pebbles smoothed by the sea and fine sand; it is ideal for those who want to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the nearby towns of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Portoferraio in just a few minutes by car or by bus. The nearest bus stop is only 700 meters from the apartment. The beach is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats and motor boats rentals; sailing school, diving center; playground for children; in Bagnaia you can enjoy local specialties in one of the numerous restaurants and pizza places; there is also a minimarket, a newsstand; a pharmacy and an outdoor market every Sunday morning during the summer months.
Il Faro n.1 2/4 pax: the apartment, of about 50 square meters, is in a building consisting of several residential units and it is on the ground floor accessible by a short staircase. It consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, a small kitchenette (complete with 2 gas burners and small fridge); a bedroom with a double bed; a small room with two single beds; a bathroom with shower and a small bathroom with a washing machine. Outside, a comfortable outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, awning and barbecue. The property has simple, modern and functional furnishings, with free Wi-Fi and electric heating. Nearby, an uncovered parking space. The distance from the beach of Bagnaia is about 900 mt.
