This stunning residence offers 150 square meters of spacious living, exquisite design, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

As you step into the apartment, you'll immediately notice the open and airy living room, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls that showcase the mesmerizing views and flood the space with natural light. The living room is tastefully furnished with a full entertainment system and a stylish dining table, providing a comfortable and elegant space for relaxation and entertainment. The highlight of this exceptional apartment is the expansive terrace. The terrace offers various sitting areas where you can unwind, soak up the sun, or enjoy al fresco dining while savoring the refreshing sea breeze with views out to the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful retreat for all guests. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, and direct access to the terrace, allowing you to wake up to breathtaking views each morning. The second queen-size bedroom offers a cabin-esque wooden side table, creating a tranquil mountain space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The single bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workstation, providing a comfortable and productive environment for work or study.

The apartment comprises two stylish bathrooms, both equipped with luxurious bathtubs, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures and provide ample space for your convenience. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully furnished kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality appliances and a small dining table for casual meals.

Pavots offers additional amenities to enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, providing a perfect respite from the Mediterranean heat. The apartment also provides air conditioning for your comfort, disabled access for convenience, and the services of a doorman for added security and assistance. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
