In the charming and unspoilt town of Li Conchi, halfway between Villasimius and Costa Rey, is Villetta Chalice which, with its exposed stone and wide open spaces, offers guests an immersive experience in nature but also great privacy and Relax. In fact, the villa, built entirely of granite stone, is in perfect synergy with the surrounding environment, which gives back warm visions of primordial landscapes. This mix of colors and scents can be admired from the large and bright outdoor patio with sea view, equipped with a comfortable table for outdoor dining and a solarium area where you can spend pleasant moments in company. The whole is bordered by imposing stone blocks with an ancient flavor that seem to frame the breathtaking landscape that is their background.

The charm of Villetta Chalice is based on the enveloping simplicity of its architecture. Inside, in fact, the prevalence of white blends harmoniously with the furnishings with a slightly rustic flavor in which the light shades of wood prevail. At the entrance there is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable and bright living area. The sleeping area instead consists of three rooms: a first bedroom with a double bed equipped with a private en-suite patio, a further double bedroom with sea view and finally a third double bedroom, large enough to also accommodate a single bed . To complete the villa 3 bathrooms.
