Location
Located on the south-western coast of Istria, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, Peroj has been mentioned as a summer vacation destination since the Roman era and is also a valuable and interesting archaeological site. In the village, guests can visit the church of St. Stephen and the orthodox church of St. Spiridon. St. Foška (the patron saint of rheumatism, arthritis and headaches) is also nearby.

Peroj is also known for the production of one of Istria’s delicacies, olive oil. Its lime-stone coast is scattered with beaches which lead to a small port. This is where for centuries boats came to trade, to and from Venice. The property is a 4-minute drive from Peroj Beach, an 8-minute drive from Badel Beach and a 4-minute drive from the village of Fažana, which has a regular boat service (20 minutes) to the island of Veliki Brijun in the Brijuni National Park.
