In the pool area there is, in addition to approx. 18 m² large swimming pool with counter-current system, also a whirlpool, slide and a special children's area. From the pool area you have direct access to the large bathroom and the sauna. Well-equipped kitchen and large living room with access to the 4 bedrooms. Large mezzanine furnished for the kids with their own TV with PlayStation2, table football and airhockey. From the living room you have direct access to the covered and open terraces with garden furniture and large garden grill. Sandpit and swing set with slide for the kids. There is a common area with among other a barbecue area and a tennis court for free usage for all guests in the area.
