Azure skies and the gentle sea breeze will draw you outside to the villa’s spacious terrace each morning, where you can sip a freshly brewed cup of coffee as you soak up the warm Croatian sunshine. The comfortable outdoor lounge provides a great spot for a leisurely breakfast, while the villa’s expansive lawn is perfect for families, offering plenty of fun and games with a trampoline and a cute play area. If an afternoon swim in the crystal-clear waters of the ocean takes your fancy, you can stroll to the nearby pebble beach. Later on, gather everyone together for a delicious barbecue at Villa Diell’s covered outdoor dining area, or enjoy the sparkling views of the sea at sunset from the first-floor terrace. Two additional showers are on this floor, one next to the sauna and one next to the gym zone. The basement also offers guests a fantastic entertainment room with billiards, table football, darts, a PlayStation console and a retro pinball machine. Meanwhile, the villa’s traditional konoba – a warm and inviting tavern space – features a fully equipped kitchen, authentic wooden furnishings and its own separate entrance, making this the ideal place for a special event or a family gathering.

A contemporary staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor of Villa Diell, where there are four spacious bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is a twin room that can be arranged as a double upon request. Each bedroom offers direct access to a private balcony with a romantic seating area, while three bedrooms benefit from enchanting ocean vistas. Situated between the medieval old town of Trogir and the picturesque coastal village of Primošten, Villa Diell’s location in Marina offers guests a treasure trove of Croatia’s coastal gems to explore. Marina is a quiet summer resort and fishing village with a beautiful turquoise bay and plenty of scenic pebble and sand beaches, surrounded by fragrant pine trees and olive groves. Here, adventure seekers and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy scuba diving, sea kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, while those searching for gastronomic highlights will find excellent local restaurants serving Dalmatian delicacies such as lamb or seafood, as well as local cheeses and excellent Babić wine.

Trogir is located on a tiny island connected to mainland Croatia by a bridge. Known for its incredible architecture, with the Cipiko Palace and the Cathedral of St. Lawrence offering exceptional sightseeing opportunities, medieval walls surround the labyrinthine streets of Trogir’s fairytale old town. Meanwhile, a day trip to Split will satisfy any cravings for the hustle and bustle, offering a lively atmosphere and plenty of ancient sites to explore. Marvel at the ruins of the Roman emperor Diocletian’s palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site that dates back to the late third century and was originally constructed to encompass an imperial villa, a defensive fortress and a walled town. Occupying an enviable position on Split’s picturesque harbour, this sprawling palace is one of the most magnificent Roman structures still in existence today, comprising almost half of the beautiful old town of Split.

Just a twenty-minute drive from Villa Diell, the narrow streets of Primošten’s old town are perfect for wandering, offering visitors a glimpse into the peninsula’s fascinating medieval past. Perched on a hilltop, the fifteenth-century Church of St. George is worth a visit, featuring an impressive white tower and panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
