Villa Moresca is a charming property located about 500 meters from Positano center, it is 500 m2, it has 6 bedrooms, 12 sleeps and boasts stunning views over the sea.
You access the property from the parking going down a staircase of about 50 steps.
The villa is provided with all kind of amenities such as: air conditioning, winter heating, satellite TV, WI­FI and even a lift.
Villa Moresca spreads over three levels, the ground floor is home to an ample living­ room equipped with traditional furniture, bright upholstery and windows with views over Positano and its bay.
Here are found also two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with shower and access to the panoramic terrace and a further bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor below there is a spacious dining room with fireplace and a well­ equipped kitchen with wood­burning pizza oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary appliances. From here you have direct access to the panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining.
On this level there is also 1 WC with washbasin, 3 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have access to the panoramic terrace.
On the 2nd floor below there is 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, the fitness area with Turkish bath, a 6 x 12 m private swimming pool and access to the panoramic garden.
Outside, you will find a private swimming pool, lovely terraces with beautiful sea­view, perfect for al fresco dining, a whirlpool and the private garden.
Villa Moresca, is rather close to the center and you will find, a few meters away, the stop of the SITA buses that go to Amalfi and Sorrento, so the car is not necessary.
However, if you have one, you can park it on the premises, in a fenced covered parking, with space for up to 3 cars.

Rental rules
A 50% deposit must be paid at time of booking; the balance is due within 90 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 1 week; arrival/departure day: Saturday
A refundable damage deposit of € 1.500 has to be paid upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charges in case of damage. Domestic pets not allowed.
Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: by 10:00.
Extra costs (if requested)
Available for a fee: chef/cook service, preparation of breakfast and dinner with catering (waiter service on request).
A deposit of € 500 will be requested for the catering service until carried out.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
