The Space:
Located on the 4th floor of an iconic Bauhaus building, our 1-bedroom apartment features a unique and authentic design that blends with modern elements. The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The balcony offers a stunning view of the neighborhood and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Despite being in a historic building, the apartment has all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Please note that as it is an old building, the elevator is small and can fit up to 2-3 people.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all of its amenities, as well as our HolyGuest app that offers local recommendations, guidebooks, and in-room services.

The Neighborhood:
The Old North neighborhood is one of Tel Aviv's most popular areas, known for its trendy cafes, boutique shops, and vibrant nightlife. Our apartment is located on Ben Yehuda Street, just a few minutes walk from Nordau Boulevard, where you can find many restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away, and the Carmel Market and Rothschild Boulevard are both within easy reach.

Getting Around:
The Old North neighborhood is easy to navigate and is well-connected to other areas of Tel Aviv. There are many bus stops nearby, and the closest train station is the Savidor Central Station, just a 20-minute walk away. Many of the city's main attractions, such as the Tel Aviv Port and the Dizengoff Center, are also within walking distance.
