Clean, colourful and calming, my cosy apartment is perfect for those wanting a homely retreat for a staycation or business trip. Centrally located only a stone's throw away from St. Anne's high street, it is very convenient for the beach, local shops and restaurants, yet is on a quiet residential road so is peaceful. Great base to explore from, it's only a 6 min walk away from St Anne's train station, with good transport links to Blackpool, Preston and beyond.
The space
My apartment is a lovely light and calming space. You’ll be staying in the main bedroom with en-suite and wardrobe space, and will also have access to the main bathroom which has a bath. The apartment is deceptively big with a hallway that keeps going back! The living room is a generous size complete with areas for relaxing, plus a desk/work station. The sofa may be used as a sofa bed on request with more than 2 guests.
The kitchen is well equipped as this is my home, and is a generous and colourful space including a table/chairs for dining. There is also a separate utility room within the apartment with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Plenty of room to relax or work, but mainly enjoy!
Guest access
You’ll have the place to yourself as I only let out my space when I’m away! My bedroom will be locked and out of bounds, but you’ll be able to access the rest of the apartment, as described above.
Please note that my apartment on the second floor and unfortunately there is no lift, so potential guests must be comfortable and able to climb 2 flights of stairs.
