To check our exact location, search AO Arena , as we’re just a stones throw from there. Our closest train station is Victoria station and it’s only a 5 minutes walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is also located at Victoria.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washer / dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and some children’s plates & cutlery.
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in any time after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 12.15 AM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3PM and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.

With our City Centre location you will be within walking distance to a lot Manchester has to offer! if not no need to worry as we have an excellent tram system which can conveniently take you anywhere you need to go. If not Uber is a great way of getting around the city!
