Also to the ground floor is a fully equipt kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave etc. The kitchen fully equipped with all essential utensils, pots and pans etc for cooking

To the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

To the second floor there is a 3rd bedroom and a shower room.

Guests have the entire property to themselves with a private driveway located to the side of the house and garden to the rear.

To the third floor Bedroom 3 has one single bed and one double bed and also a shower room with toilet.

Externally there is an enclosed private garden.

Parking is free both on and off road with a large driveway
