Separate dining room with seating for six. Three spacious bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends, family, work colleagues or Traveling Nurses as it sleeps 10 (or 5 couples.) Third bedroom set up as a Den with double day bed and twin sofa bed; plus, 2 Full sofa beds in Family Room. Tvs in all Bedrooms!

A spacious, well appointed apartment suitable for a group or family or couples. Gather around as a group/family and enjoy the 65" Tv in Family Room, or if it's privacy you seek, retreat to 3rd bedroom/Den where there is a 50" Tv. Jacuzzi tub in Mstr Ba. Tv's in all Bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and ample towels and linen.

Minimal, as I like to give guests their privacy; but, my Son, Bia, is in upstairs apartment in rear, when he is not traveling. We are both only a phone call away.

The neighborhood of Druid Hills, home to Emory Hospital/university, Cdc, Fernbank Museum and Driving Miss Daisy. Only 3 miles from Midtown Atlanta and one mile west of Downtown Decatur with its trendy restaurants and shops. While this property will accommodate 10, I do pay a fair wage for Cleaner and it's only fair to charge a surcharge of $10/pp per Nt for each guest over 6 for the additional bedding/linen, etc.

A short 3 min. Uber/lyft ride to Eastlake Marta station; or, if you choose to drive, it's one of the few stations that offers free parking.

Druid Hills is an intown neighborhood known for its numerous trees and greenery......and Driving Miss Daisy.
Very walkable, joggable neighborhood with access to golf courses.
Please do not park on front lawn. If you or your guests do so, there will be a $150 fee assessed to your credit card. Rental price includes Firestick Tvs equipped and ready for your streaming apps/wifi/high speed Internet/electricity/water.
