This modern two-level loft offers a sun-drenched living area on the ground floor with a cozy sofa, coffee table, TV, and a fully-equipped integrated kitchen. Upstairs you'll find two peaceful bedrooms and a balcony offering incredible views of the city and the Church Square. The space is adorned with high ceilings that lend an airy, expansive feel to our beautiful loft.

Our loft is situated in the heart of the historic 'El Casco Antiguo', mere steps away from the Gothic Catholic Church of the Assumption and the iconic Murallas de Villajoyosa. Please respect this rich cultural heritage and the tranquility of our neighbors.

1. Local residents (Valencian Community) must communicate with the host before booking.

2. There cannot be more than 3 people (or another number negotiated before booking) on the property at any time. Violation of this rule may result in the removal of all guests without entitlement to a refund.

3. Guests will respect and follow all community rules, such as no loud music or disturbances after 10:00 PM.

4. This is a self-check-in property, and by booking, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide (which can be found in "My Trips" once you book). You also agree not to contact your Airbnb host without first reading the house manual and check-in guide.

5. Fees: €180 per day fee for smoking inside the main house (allowed outside the main house) // €50 fee for late check-out if your late departure is not authorized. // €100 cost for changing keys or parking remote. // The guest will leave the house in the same condition as when checked in. Any additional cleaning will incur a cost of up to €100 // If any of these rules are broken and the host has to cancel or delay another booking, the guest will be responsible for compensating the host for the amount lost. // In the event that the police are notified and show up at the villa due to non-compliance with community rules, the fee will be €300.

6. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the Loft. The cleaning fee covers activities such as cleaning and making beds, bathroom cleaning, and floor cleaning. The cleaning fee is used for house maintenance.

7. You agree that you are booking in good faith and will not attempt to harm the host's business because you are dissatisfied with Airbnb's or the host's decision in the event of an unsatisfactory experience during your stay or in the event of losing a resolution.
