Perfect for couples or friends, our spacious and airy 1 bed apartment is just off the famous Northdown Rd and 5 minutes from the nearest beach. The apartment boasts a large bedroom with a super comfy king size bed, a separate and spacious lounge, separate kitchen and then a gorgeous Mediterranean style private courtyard garden. Our garden flat is centrally located to access all that Margate and Cliftonville have to offer yet is a quiet & peaceful haven after a busy day exploring.

Arriving at the property you will enter a well kept small entrance hall, with the door to the apartment on the left.

Stepping into the apartment you will be immediately greeted with how spacious and large the place feels, high ceilings, wide hallways, clean white walls and oak flooring. The big windows in the bedroom flood light into the room, the lounge area also has a big window and lots of space and light.

*Bedroom*

A good size room with a super comfy Kingsize bed. The room has a small desk which would work perfectly for a laptop setup or dressing table. There is also a chest of drawers and hanging space.

*Lounge*

A big, open and spacious room - it has lots of natural light and plenty of seating to relax and stretch out. The TV is a smart TV and you can login into your Netflix, Amazon, iplayer and Disney accounts.

The lounge also has a small table and chairs where you can sit comfortably and enjoy a meal.

*Bathroom*

Stepping down from the lounge, through into the wide spacious hallway you will reach the bathroom. A good size room, with a bath and shower over the bath. Instant hot water guaranteeing a lovely shower whenever you need.

*Kitchen*

Further down the wide hallway you will reach the kitchen. Again, good size - plenty of room to cook a meal or make a cup of tea. The kitchen overlooks the gorgeous garden.

*Garden*

Step down into this Mediterrean little paradise, recently paved and planted, it is truly a haven in the hustle and bustle of Margate and Cliftonville. Large table and chairs (seats 4 people) and an umbrella to shade on those summery days. It is one of our favourite places in the world to just sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a morning coffee.

You have full access to the whole apartment and the garden is private and solely for use of this apartment.

I have a lovely friendly local manager who is on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Northdown Road with convenience stores, coffee shops, cafes and antiques/refurb furniture is only a 1 minute walk. There is an Aldi 10 minutes walk from the property. The famous Scott's Reclamation yard is only 5 mins, as well as the Shell Grotto.

You can reach the beach within 5-10 minutes walk, a minute from the Ubur cool Cliftonville centre (Northdown Rd) and Margate town takes about 10 minutes stroll.

Margate is buzzing, we have so much happening in our town. From concerts at Dreamland, The Turner Gallery, The Old Town, fabulous restaurants, bars, music venues and cafes popping up all over the place. The art scene is really strong, inspired by Tracey Eminen, you can spend hours looking around the many art shops and galleries located around Margate.

Cliftonville is officially the coolest neighbourhood to live (TimeOut) and you reach this area within about a 10 minutes stroll. Here you'll find Uber cool cafes, a treasure trove of reclamation shops, furniture shops and the International Food Centre (a must visit if you are a foodie!).

If you need to pop out for supplies, Northdown Rd - there you'll find shops/chemists/bakers/butchers etc.

Oh and the beach, Margate Main Sands - 10 minutes walk. Just as easy to get to are the many other beaches dotted along the coastline. Look up Louisa Bay, much quieter in peak season and beautiful.

There are steps up to the front door of the apartment (see pictures) and once in the flat there are a few steps down from the lounge to the bathroom/kitchen area. From the kitchen rear door there are steps down into the garden.
