On arrival, the grand entrance of the main villa sets the tone for the rest of the property. Here you will find a floating deck over a Koi pond, a 8.5M tall atrium with glass roof and a 6x8m copper wall, bringing elements of ether, earth and water together.
GROUND FLOOR
There are two living spaces, two bedrooms and an organic shaped pool on the ground floor. The main living area on the ground floor is open to the environment and can be converted to an enclosed space with floor to ceiling glass doors if preferred. The second outdoor area, perfect for entertaining, is located riverside. The magnificent main kitchen comprises of teak wood cabinets and black granite bench tops, quality European appliances, a butler's kitchen with stainless steel bench tops and a dishwasher.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor, accessed by timber floating staircase, features the master suite with two bathrooms, generous walk in wardrobes, a sitting room and a roof herb garden. The twin king bedroom, a bathroom with bath tub overlooking the river, a large office/TV room and a meditation deck floating on a pond, overlooking nature, all offering a true escape from the rest of the villa rooms. A set of under lit stairs guide you to the underground spa and treatment space, boasting a combined bath (Hot/ Cold) steam room, ice bath, and a breathtaking 6 metre terraazzo sound dome, a unique feature that only a few private homes in the world can boast. Making this the ideal location for a healing retreat.
