The bright large living and dining room with top-equipped kitchen and a sofa offers you a great opportunity to spend relaxing hours. From there, a wooden staircase leads up to the gallery, where there is a pull-out sofa and a TV, on which Hd-Austria is activated and you also have the possibility to use Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video. The gallery is also the perfect place for your home office with romantic views through the bright skylights to a beautiful old building. The spacious roof terrace is accessible through the gallery. There is an outdoor lounge with a 180 degree view of the city center all the way to Kahlenberg, Vienna's vineyards and even St. Stephen's Cathedral, where you can spend beautiful and relaxing evenings with a glass of wine, while enjoying the views.

Döbling is one of the best districts in Vienna and creates a very special ambience. So to speak as a retreat to relax, after the hustle and bustle of the city center or the other many activities that Vienna offers. Especially Oberdöbling, where your Deluxe Apartment is located, is one of the most beautiful areas of the 19th district and offers you many recreational opportunities and green spaces such as the nearby Türkenschanzpark. Nearby you also have the possibility to get fresh fruits, vegetables and other delicacies at the Sonnenbergmarkt. The Rudolfinerhaus private clinic and the Döblinger private clinic are also close by.
Within a few minutes by bike or on foot you can reach the city center of Döbling, which consists of several romantic shopping streets, cafes and great restaurants. In Döbling there is plenty of great traditional or international restaurants, which guarantee an adventure of your taste. We recommend traditional restaurants like the old Austrian cuisine you can get in "pfarrwirt", the classic dishes you can get in "figls" or the charming Italian "francesco". In summer, the wine taverns and wine farmers in the vineyards of the 19th local offer delicacies with a glass of wine. The right district for an escape of the busy city but also a great starting point for enjoying all great Vienna has to offer.
Within 20 minutes or just under 7 km you can reach the city center by car, Taxi or Uber. You also need 20 minutes by bike or scooter wich are available all over Vienna. We suggest to take the nearby tram or a taxi.
